OUR FUNDS
INVESTMENT FUND
Aquitara Impact
Fund I
Managed by 5I2 Capital
Aquitara Impact Fund I (AIFI) is the first fund launched by 5I2 capital, with the goal to remediate Agent Orange contaminated land, develop Eco-Industrial Parks powered by renewable energy and donate micro- convenience stores to Agent Orange Victims. AIFI turns environmental liabilities into sustainable assets. By utilizing Vietnam’s legal frameworks connecting land-use rights to remediation, we transform the cost of cleaning Agent Orange contaminated sites into long-term economic infrastructure.
PHILANTHROPIC FUND

Aquitara Philanthrophic Fund
Managed by the King Baudouin Foundation
Aquitara Philantrophic Fund is a philanthropic initiative committed to restoring dignity, opportunity, and hope for families affected by Agent Orange. Guided by compassion and long-term vision, we work alongside local partners to uplift vulnerable communities. Through livelihood programs, community support, and sustainable development, we strive to create real and lasting change.

LATEST MILESTONE · FEBRUARY 2026
Full endorsement by the Vietnamese Prime Minister
Prime Minister of Vietnam gave AIFI's three-pillar model his full endorsement, the first and only investment model of its kind to receive Vietnamese government validation. AO remediation now framed within the VN-EU Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.

STRATEGY & STRUCTURE
Our Approach
AIFI activates Vietnam's legal framework linking environmental remediation to land-use rights, converting the cost of cleaning Agent Orange contaminated land into sustainable economic infrastructure.
Agent Orange Remediation
Funding thermal desorption remediation of TCDD (dioxin)-contaminated land in designated provinces, in exclusive partnership with Haemers Technologies, the only provider with a validated proof of concept in Vietnam, achieving over 99% efficacy and no waste.
An Vui Mart Social Enterprises
Donating micro-convenience stores to Agent Orange-affected families, in collaboration with VAVA. Three pilot stores operational since July 2025, providing families a path to self-sufficiency and economic dignity.
Eco-Industrial Park Development
Developing solar-powered Eco-Industrial Parks in the Northern Part of Vietnam, in one the country's fastest-growing industrial corridors, delivering investment-ready land to factory and warehouse developers.
Belgium-Vietnam Bilateral Context
Our work sits at the intersection of Belgian and Vietnamese government priorities. The Belgian Parliament adopted the world's first AO support resolution in 2023. Post-war legacy issues, including AO is now framed within the VN-EU Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
